About the Archives

Content for the itSMF Houston's Articles & Archives comes primarily from material presented at itSMF general meetings and conferences. These are posted most often in PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint format. The format of each file is indicated in its individual listing.

As a secondary source, we sometimes receive articles, white papers, research briefs, or training guides written by ITSM authorities or industry-recognized leaders. While we don't actively solicit submissions of material outside of our normal speaker bureau channels, in the spirit of knowledge-sharing with our members we will consider items that might be of general interest. By definition, we will not consider content that is vendor-centric, or framed around a specific agenda beyond general education.

If you have work that you would like us to consider for publication here, please visit our "Contact Us" page and select the appropriate contact category. If you would like to discuss any of the material posted in this Articles & Archives section, please feel free to do so in the Forums.
