First Houston Meeting of 2010: February 11

Keynote Speaker: Reginald Best
Reginald Best, Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, is ITIL v2 Service Manager certified and ITIL v3 Expert certified. He has more than 15 years of IT operations experience, and has created services and delivered solutions in information technology for large corporations like Marathon Oil, General Electric, and Exxon-Mobil.
He has authored white papers and advised senior executives on delivery strategies and operational excellence. His expertise includes the integration of accounting, finance, Six Sigma, ITIL, and technical education with his energy services, federal, and consulting experience to deliver business value, shape solutions, and improve results. Reginald's experience in the transformation of local and international IT organizations has resulted in dramatic reductions in operational costs, and improvements in effective and efficient operational processes.

Meeting Location
The meeting will be held in Building 1 of BMC Software's campus, conveniently located in the Westchase area of Houston near the corner of Westheimer and the Beltway. Click here for a detailed map to Guest Entrance 1 at BMC. Parking is free. The street address is 2101 Citywest Blvd, Houston, 77042.
From Citywest Boulevard, watch for a large driveway and guard station. It will be labeled "Visitors Entrance." Have your driver's license ready and check-in with the guard. He will direct you to the visitor parking on Level 2. On Level 2 you will see double-wide, glass, automatic doors. Through these doors, down the hall to the right, and in the large, open area to your left is the receptionist station where you will check in and receive a visitor's badge. The receptionist will give you simple directions to the meeting room.
